Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact CAA promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and describe the problem. We may ask you to reply with clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please contact us before mailing anything back. Do not send returns to the address printed on the package unless we instruct you to.

Sizes, colors and changes of mind

Our garments are printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges solely for a different size, color or change of mind. Please check the garment measurements before ordering.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot promise changes or cancellation once production begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Purchases made through TikTok Shop follow that platform’s applicable policies.
